The Legends Men's Golf team fielded two teams at the Saint John's Invitational last weekend. The Saint John's Invitational is one of the largest college golf tournaments in the state, and features a very deep field of elite collegiate players. The Legends teams ran into a bit of bad luck with the late tee times on the first day, and were forced to battle darkness on their final holes, but coaches noted the exceptional way they handled the adversity. As a team, the Legends units finished 16th and 18th respectively. Noah Falteysek paced the Legends with a two day total of 151, highlighted by an even par round of 72 on day two. Tyler Lehmann (+10) and Logan Henriksen (+12) had strong showings as well and also placed in the top half of the field, finishing 51st and 61st respectively. Carleton College won the team title with a two day total of 569 (-7 par), and also had the individual medalist, as Sam Higaki shot a 65-71, for an 8-under par score of 136.
